Memoirs

  • Thinking on Kindness
A personal reflection on generosity, gullibility, and the quiet lessons learned from the kind.
  • Paris Chainsaw Massacre
Nothing says ‘Parisian charm’ like witnessing a chainsaw massacre in your courtyard.
  • Eviangate
What happens when a ’60s bouffant meets French grocery aisles? Chaos, cigarettes, and one very confused mom.

These pieces are straight memoirs. I lived abroad for ten years, in Paris and the Middle East, and I have traveled to thirty other countries. These are a few of the stories I lived along the way; from a chaotic childhood in rural America, to life in Paris, to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro or walking the Great Wall of China or riding an Arabian horse to the pyramids in Egypt. I hope you enjoy these snippets in time.
